Coverage

All Journey Eyewear products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What is Covered

• Frame breakage due to manufacturing defects
• Lens defects or coating issues
• Hardware failures (hinges, screws, etc.)

What is NOT Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Scratches from improper care
• Lost or stolen items

How to Claim

Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defect. We will review and process your claim within 3-5 business days.
